At AmericanToyStore.com, we work hard to ensure our products meet high quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date, provided the product is in the condition it was received. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened and in its original packaging—and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@americantoystore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including any single product valued at $1,000 or greater, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom formulations, private label products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your specific item qualifies, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on services or gift cards.
Product Evaluation
If you’re interested in a product valued at $1,000 or greater, you may request a sample or evaluation prior to finalizing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds
We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
